Very comfortable, room was large with everything you needed, fridge with milk, tea and coffee making facilities, bed was super comfy with nice bedding, we slept so well. Bathroom had everything you needed and was spotless. Sally was a fabulous host, super friendly and informative. She gave us a fabulous recommendation for dinner (The Mulberry Inn). Food was delicious with great cocktails too. We had breakfast both mornings, lots of choice and food was delicious and fresh. Beautiful place in stunning surroundings in the countryside. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Lovely well put together annex in the beautiful, quiet village of Plaistow. Was greeted by the owners very friendly, polite daughter and was looked after perfectly. Breakfast was served in a lovely private little courtyard with the company of surrounding chickens in a coup. The food was fresh and delicious. Whilst out, the room was taken care of and fresh towels and bedding were taken care of. If I were staying in the area again, I would absolutely consider staying here again. The best was convenient to me as there was a wedding happening a short 10 minute walk from their location. So this worked out perfectly.

This is a lovely place to stay just on the edge of a very pretty village with good pubs close by. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and the host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is to be recommended with eggs fresh from their own hens!

Perfect bed and breakfast for our stay in West Sussex, as we were attending a wedding nearby. The room and bathroom was impeccably furnished and designed, with every home comfort, including tea, hairdryer and a very generous supply of towels. Sally was the perfect host who also prepared us a delicious breakfast. Could not recommend highly enough.
