This is a lovely place to stay just on the edge of a very pretty village with good pubs close by. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and the host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is to be recommended with eggs fresh from their own hens!

Perfect bed and breakfast for our stay in West Sussex, as we were attending a wedding nearby. The room and bathroom was impeccably furnished and designed, with every home comfort, including tea, hairdryer and a very generous supply of towels. Sally was the perfect host who also prepared us a delicious breakfast. Could not recommend highly enough.

The Nest is the perfect base, beautifully finished and Sally & Steve are great hosts. The breakfast was delicious adn we had everything we needed for our stay. We attended a wedding at Rumbolds Farm which is a short walk away. Highly recommendedto anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cosy, it is clear that Sally & Steve have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steve’s culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth – both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.
