Our stay has been absolutely wonderful! Very peaceful and idyllic surroundings and Sally is a fantastic host. The food is amazing (thank you Steve) and the bed is very comfy. There is absolutely nothing we could think of to change and if we every find ourselves in the area again, we should love to come back.

Lovely well put together annex in the beautiful, quiet village of Plaistow. Was greeted by the owners very friendly, polite daughter and was looked after perfectly. Breakfast was served in a lovely private little courtyard with the company of surrounding chickens in a coup. The food was fresh and delicious. Whilst out, the room was taken care of and fresh towels and bedding were taken care of. If I were staying in the area again, I would absolutely consider staying here again. The best was convenient to me as there was a wedding happening a short 10 minute walk from their location. So this worked out perfectly.

This is a lovely place to stay just on the edge of a very pretty village with good pubs close by. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and the host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is to be recommended with eggs fresh from their own hens!

Perfect bed and breakfast for our stay in West Sussex, as we were attending a wedding nearby. The room and bathroom was impeccably furnished and designed, with every home comfort, including tea, hairdryer and a very generous supply of towels. Sally was the perfect host who also prepared us a delicious breakfast. Could not recommend highly enough.
