Our newest members of the family
The newest members of our family hatched on Mother’s Day with the little yellow chick hatching 2 days later. Only 18 weeks until they start laying delicious, fresh eggs for breakfast.
Spring is finally here!
There is definitely a buzz in the air now that Spring has arrived and we are looking forward to welcoming guests back soon to discover this quintessentially English part of the country. Sussex is full of beautiful walks, great places to eat and we are not far from the coast too. Our accommodation is completely self-contained with your own access and we are working hard to enlarge our outside guest areas. We will keep you updated.

The Nest has a fresh, new look
We were so busy into the new year but finally had a couple of free weeks to totally refurbish and upgrade The Nest at Plaistow B&B. The room has been decorated in soft, relaxing colours with warm woollen curtains, large, plump cushions and our huge, relaxing armchair has been recovered. Our king-size bed has new, crisp white linen and the flatscreen television now sits on an old, well travelled Travellers Trunk that could certainly tell a tale or two. The bathroom has also had a makeover and is looking wonderfully fresh and clean. Come and see for yourself…
Velo South – Important Notice – Sept 2018
Velo South is a festival of cycling with a 100 mile closed road supportive that starts and ends in the world famous Goodwood Motor Circuit. Come and be part of the event but please check with us for journeys to/from us on the day of the event – SUNDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER
2018 – A Fantastic Summer!
Sussex has looked its best this summer. Glorious Goodwood and the Festival of Speed have been real attractions and we are looking forward to the Revival in the Autumn. There have been a host of weddings which have had perfect long, warm evenings and guests have enjoyed delicious breakfasts from our newest hens which hatched early this year.
